2. Not medical advice. Content on this website is for general education. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship and is not a substitute for a consultation, diagnosis or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Not for emergencies. Do not use the website, the online form, email or WhatsApp for emergencies. Call 108 or 112, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
4. Appointment requests. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you. We may need to reschedule due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Accurate information. Please give accurate details when you contact us. For patients under 18, a parent or guardian must make the request.
6. Communication. By sharing your phone number you agree that we may contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp about your appointment. Optional reminders are sent only with your consent.
