What the programme includes
The programme runs for 12 months from your first visit and includes:
- 12 consultations with Dr. Ajay Kaduskar, starting with a detailed first consultation
- 4 HbA1c tests through the year
- Eye and foot screening for diabetes complications
- 4 diet counselling sessions with our trained nutrition team
- A personal diabetes record: your targets, results and medicine changes kept in one place

What is not included
