Career counselling and aptitude testing
Career guidance for students in classes 8 to 12 and graduates in Nagpur: aptitude and interest assessment, stream and course selection.

Choosing a stream after class 10, or a course after class 12, is one of the first big decisions a young person makes, often under pressure from marks, relatives, friends and social media. Good career counselling does not tell a student what to become. It helps them understand their abilities, interests and personality, and match them with realistic options.
Career counselling at Blooming Buds is led by Dr. Prajakta Kaduskar, who brings training in adolescent health and clinical psychology. That matters because career confusion often comes with anxiety, low confidence or family conflict, and those are addressed too.

Class 9 or 10 is ideal before stream selection, but it is useful at any stage.
Guidance is based on standardised aptitude and interest assessments and a conversation with your teenager and you.

Yes. Parent sessions are part of the process, and helping families reach a decision together is often the most important outcome.
